Herzi German operates specialized educational and relocation verticals:

• Herzi Academy: Comprehensive German language training across CEFR levels (A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, and specialized Medical German), including exam preparation modules (Goethe-Zertifikat, TestDaF, telc, and ÖSD).
• Herzi Fly (Relocation & Admissions): Advisory support for German public and private university admissions, Studienkolleg pathways, Ausbildung (vocational training) contracts, blocked account facilitation, health insurance onboarding, and visa documentation guidance.
• Digital Tools: Web-based grade converters (Bavarian Formula), eligibility estimators, and digital course portals.

To ensure high academic standards and batch discipline:

• Attendance: Students enrolled in intensive language batches are expected to maintain minimum 85% attendance to qualify for internal mock tests and course completion certificates.
• Classroom Etiquette: Students must maintain professional decorum during live interactive sessions (online and offline). Harassment, abusive language, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate dismissal without refund.
• Batch Rescheduling: Request for batch transfers or schedule pauses must be submitted in writing at least 7 days prior and remain subject to seat availability and administrative approval.

All course and consultancy fees are clearly communicated prior to registration:

• Payment Terms: Fees must be paid in full or as per the agreed installment schedule prior to batch commencement or service initiation.
• Language Course Refunds: Course registration fees are non-refundable once the batch orientation has taken place and course materials have been dispatched/accessed.
• Relocation Consultancy Fees: Herzi Fly advisory and documentation handling fees cover professional hours and administrative costs. External third-party fees (e.g. Uni-Assist processing fees, embassy visa fees, official translations, Goethe exam fees) are strictly paid directly to respective authorities and are non-refundable by Herzi German.

• Visa Approvals:Visa issuance, processing times, and interview appointments are at the sole discretion of the German Embassy, German Consulates, and the Ausländerbehörde (Foreigner's Registration Office). Herzi German cannot guarantee visa grant.
• University Admissions: Acceptance into German universities or Studienkollegs depends on university admission committees, NC quotas, and candidate qualifications.
• Official Exam Results: Language certifications (Goethe, telc, ÖSD, TestDaF) are graded independently by the respective exam boards.

All curriculum materials, handouts, audio/video lecture recordings, proprietary grammar worksheets, mock tests, branding, and website assets remain the exclusive intellectual property of Herzi German.

Students are granted a personal, non-transferable license to access materials for individual learning. Any reproduction, redistribution, public display, or commercial exploitation without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited and subject to legal recourse.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Herzi German shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or any delays caused by governmental agencies, strikes, natural events, or third-party exam cancellations.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ernakulam/Kerala, India.
